We promise our clients we will deliver works within budget, on time and within agreed quality standards that in every instance. For over 14 years all of our planned works programmes, whether for an individual property or complex refurbishment schemes have been delivered to time, cost and quality with satisfaction levels of over 95%. Works have included one off bathroom or kitchen refurbishments for clients like Home Group as well as complex major works programmes such as the Workington Town Houses for Your Housing.

Customer Care: We’re Always There

Our Customer Liaison Officers, operational teams and sub-contractors are trained to support customers via an established ISO 9001 quality assurance process so we plan works well to minimise disruption, consult with customers on all finishes / colour choices and support their needs like moving / packing boxes or aligning works to their schedules. We always explain what we’re doing with a pre-works induction and provide each customer a dedicated contact point at all times. Daily works in progress checks and a post-inspection maintain quality; this is supported by keeping in touch days at 6 and 12 months to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Zero Defects & Quality Assurance

For all planned maintenance works we operate a 100% zero defect policy. Our ISO 9001 quality assurance principles mean that we robustly plan and sequence works, carry out ongoing work in progress checks daily, and carry out a post-inspection for 100% of all properties prior to handover. Every time, every property – we will always aspire to eliminate all defects by taking pride in our workmanship.

Understanding the Importance of Asset Management

We always partner with our clients and their responsive repairs provider to plan works specifications which align to the wider housing stock. This ensures continuity for maintenance purposes and better economies of scale for purchasing in the future. We also ensure all warranties, specification and maintenance operational manuals are handed over to customers, clients and partnering contractors so installations can be well maintained.
