We are on call, all the time for when you need us for responsive repairs. We respond in under 2 hours for emergencies and at the customer’s convenience for all other works. During the 2005, 2009 and 2015 floods in Cumbria we were on site in less than an hour repairing homes for our client Your Housing, supporting customers and providing community relief via our disaster recovery action plans and staff volunteering.

We take a uniquely flexible approach to appointment booking using our IT systems matched with the right resources each day. Responsive repairs appointments (including emergencies) can be booked at first point of contact when the customers want it. As a result, we guarantee our clients we will be there on time, every time. Customers don’t have to wait until an operative is available (unlike other contractors) so we get more work done sooner, satisfying more customers.

We deliver the vast majority of all repair work using in-house operatives who are all trained and qualified to the highest standards. Our repair operatives work within defined areas to provide a genuine local focus, ensuring we are responsive to emergency and urgent repair requests. All operatives use the latest handheld mobile devices to receive repair orders with enhanced signalling capabilities to ensure orders can be received in rural areas.

We provide unlimited appointments slots, aligned to demand patterns. All of our work is delivered by local staff and local suppliers.
